However, this excludes instances where legal exceptions are required.

The Firm strives to keep the acquired personal information (personal information in personal information databases and others) accurately and up to date as needed for professional reasons. We also strive to prevent illegal access to the personal data as well as any loss, damage, falsification, leaking and so on, taking necessary and appropriate measures to manage the safety of the personal data.

The Firm will not provide the acquired personal data to a third party without the prior consent of the person in question, excluding instances where legal exceptions are required.
Joint use of personal data
The Firm will not provide personal data to companies handling personal information or use it jointly with other group affiliates, even in the course of accomplishing its purpose of use.
